If you qualify through the CDC's prediabetes risk assessment, you can enroll in our program and become part of a cohort with 10-25 others. We are now accepting signups for our first cohort. Additionally, we are in the process of getting listed with health insurers to potentially offer this program at no cost to eligible participants.
Together with your group, you'll meet every two weeks on Zoom with a lifestyle coach, covering a new topic each time (see program details below). These sessions will offer useful tips, group discussions, and inspiring stories from people who have avoided diabetes and changed their lives. You'll also get materials to print and keep for future use.
The goal of our program isn’t just to educate, we’ll suggest practical ways to help you lower your risk of prediabetes by reducing your Body Mass Index (BMI) or your Body Fat percentage. We'll track your progress every month to find out what works best for you.
